Careful & calculated culinary pedigree with a goal-oriented future. As Chef de Cuisine, you will oversee kitchen operations, staff management, and menu execution. You will be responsible for maintaining service excellence, financial discipline, and a strong, positive kitchen culture. The Chef de Cuisine leads all back-of-house operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and execution. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels in kitchen management, team development, and cost control while maintaining the restaurant’s culinary vision. WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop and execute seasonal, ingredient-driven menus in collaboration with the Owner / Executive Chef. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in all dishes, techniques, and plating. Lead service execution, ensuring that food is delivered promptly, correctly, and at the highest standard. Implement and refine mise en place, prep, and kitchen organization systems for maximum efficiency. Oversee and refine recipe documentation, portion control, and plate presentation to maintain consistency. Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism. Conduct regular staff training sessions and pre-shift meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment. Maintain a positive, structured, and disciplined kitchen environment that supports excellence.
